Booking a photoshoot isn't something people do every day, and I know it can be a little overwhelming.
Please read over these frequently asked questions to get a better idea of what to expect when you book me.

I don't normally offer discounts. Having said that, if you are BIPOC or Trans and you really need my services and you can't afford them, contact me.

Before contacting me, please read my Experience and FAQs pages. This will give you a bigger idea of who I am, my work, and if I'd be a good fit for you as a photographer.
Once you're done, please fill out the form on my contact page. I will contact you with a link to book a phone meeting to discuss the price, dates, ideas, and any other questions you may have for me. We will book a date & I will send you a proposal with the contract and the first deposit. The rest is planning, doing the shoot, and waiting for the gallery to be delivered through e-mail!
Pricing: 50% initial non-refundable deposit, 25% payment on the day of the shoot, and 25% once the gallery has been delivered.

If you want to book me for a specific date, please contact me within 3 months to 1 month of the date so I can make sure I'll be available that day. The latest you can book with me is one week prior. If your shoot involves a lot of extra prep, including items that take time to arrive, please take this into account and book 2 weeks latest. This will ensure that I plan the shoot thoroughly and to your satisfaction.

It usually takes 2 weeks for me to complete a gallery, but depending on how much time I have and how life goes it can take only a week or a few days. If you need your gallery within a specific time frame, I strongly suggest you contact me at least a month prior so we can plan accordingly with this timeframe”

Any prints or photo books can be purchased through a 3rd party that I can facilitate for you. If you want a book, I can design it for you at an extra cost plus any extra fees the 3rd party charges for printing and delivering the item.

I will never change body shapes, skin color, size, or anything that makes you you. I also do not do any type of photomanipulation that requires swapping heads or changing natural facial expressions. Having said that, I will edit out small, temporary details like pimples and bruises. Because of the nature of light, sometimes there will be times where light brings out NORMAL texture of the skin, which I will retouch in a very minimal, natural way - but this is not very often. I will never make you look like a wax figure and I will never magically change your size. This is why it's important for us to communicate openly about any insecurities you have, so we can use lighting and movements where you will feel your best. I truly try to do everything in-camera, so that the editing can be minimal. The biggest part of my editing process is always the creative part of it, never the retouching.

I do not give out RAW or unedited images. The services I provide include the experience of planning the shoot, doing the shoot, and then seeing the finished product. As a service provider, I would be giving you unfinished work! And as an artist, it would be like giving you just the rough draft of a piece of art. When I am credited with incomplete or altered versions of my work, it will provide a potential client a false expectation of my work.

This will always depend on the package that you choose. Each session is very different, and I typically include a range of images in each pricing package I send during our first planning sessions.
